How UnitFlow handles your information

Information we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the contact and project details you submit. When an approved user accesses a project, UnitFlow also stores account, permission, workflow, sign-off and audit information needed to operate the service.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, manage authorised project access, operate project workflows, maintain audit records and improve the service.

Storage and access

Information and uploaded project files are stored using cloud infrastructure. Access is limited to authorised users and administrators according to their company, project role and individual permissions.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers needed to host and operate UnitFlow. Information is kept only as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, project, legal or operational purpose.

Your choices

You may ask the UnitFlow administrator to correct or delete your contact information where applicable. Until a dedicated business email is established, use the demo enquiry form and state that your message is a privacy request.

This pilot notice will be reviewed before UnitFlow begins accepting paid customer subscriptions.
